PAF Olomouc will open today on Thursday Dec 7th at 6pm. Following a string of four exhibition openings will be an evening programme of screenings, performances as well as a unique faux-club event held in a former civil defense shelter. Travel and festival centre
The festival centre includes the ticket exchange desk / box office as well as the majority of festival venues and is located in the Art Centre of Palacký University in the Konvikt building (Univerzitní 3, Olomouc, CZ). If travelling to Olomouc by train, continue by tram (No. 2, 3, 4, 6) to the stop Náměstí Republiky, where on the left side of the road the impressive baroque Konvikt building is located. Four-day and single-day tickets purchased online (via our website or directly via GoOut) must be exchanged for ID wristbands upon displaying your valid ticket (either as a print-out of the .pdf or a mobile version, either must include a unique QR code). Four-day pass holders will be provided with a nice gift – a 200-page festival catalogue for free, others can buy their copy for a symbolic price of 50CZK (2€). If you applied discount at the purchase of your ticket, a valid ID (student, etc.) must be presented at the ticket exchange.
At the festival centre a wide selection of festival merchandise will be available: art & theory books published by PAF within PAF Edition as well as handmade sweatshirts by the Brooklyn-based designer Alexander Campaz or a limited run of handmade backpacks by the „sustainable” Czech designer Lenka Vacková.
Box office tickets
Online presale ends on Dec 7th 2017 at 12pm, remaining four-day passes will be available at the box office. Single-day tickets for Fri Dec 8th and Sat Dec 9th. Single tickets for separate programme will be available at the ticket desk while stock lasts. Following performances are completely sold out at the moment.

Thursday programme: from a grotta to the dystopian shelter via therapy office
The festival launch will include an opening of the exhibitions Grotta Profunda by Pauline Curnier Jardin at U Mloka Gallery, Howell St. by Petr Krátký (XY Gallery) and Genesis at Vitrína Deniska by Petr Šprincl and Marie Hájková. At 7pm the opening ceremony and the vernissage of the Other Vision group show. Following that will be the opening of the virtual therapy office of Dr.Mozek. Meanwhile several performances will take place in the Theatre and Film auditorium on the third floor of Konvikt: DiStO – theatre of a static object, Shana Moulton’s films and a screening of the film Twice Upon A Time. Later from 10pm onwards a whole night dedicated to the contemporary club sounds and dystopian visuals will be held at the civil defense shelter. NOVA X-PROCESS begins at 10pm, free entrance for 4-day and 1-day pass holders, tickets at the door avail for 80CZK / 4€.
